Shipping/Delivery Policy

We offer the following shipping/delivery methods:

- Standard Delivery: Orders will typically be delivered on the next business day from payment confirmation subject to meeting payment cut off times.

- Express Delivery: Orders will be dispatched on same business day , again subject to payment confirmation and meeting payment cutoff deadline.

2. Shipping/Delivery Locations:

We currently offer daily shipping/delivery services within the Greater Francistown and Gaborone Region. Shipping for Palapye, Mahalapye, Selibe Phikwe, Serowe, Maun, Kasane and Kazungula is on a weekly basis.

3. Order Processing Time:

Standard Orders are processed for next day delivery after payment confirmation while Express Orders are processed for same day delivery subject to payment confirmation and meeting cut off deadlines.
