Novo FoodCo has a robust return policy detailed on our Returns and Refunds Page on our website. Products purchased online can be returned within 5 days if they don’t meet customers expectations subject to meeting eligibility criteria

We do not have a minimum order threshold for online purchases , You are welcome to purchase whatever your heart desires in whatever quantities, However only purchases over BWP100 qualify for free delivery.

Orders will typically be delivered on the next business day from payment subject to meeting payment cut off times . Express deliveries will be dispatched on same day , again subject to meeting payment cut off times

In the unlikely event customer receives incorrect order or there are items missing , customer is advised to alert delivery personnel of the anomaly and additionally log a query with a customer service representative on WhatsApp/email/call
